60. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract which you may purport to propose.

Use of easyfindadate.com and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
