Grammy award nominee Kid Rock is now said to be dating fifth season American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler. Many have said that the “secret” romance between Kid Rock and Kellie has been the worst kept secret in all of Nashville. In fact, Kellie had leaked out information about the relationship on a radio interview, stating that she does have a man, and they have been seeing each other for over a year.

Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert Ritchie, has been known for dating a very long list of celebrity hotties. For awhile, Kid Rock was married to Pamela Anderson and even dated Sheryl Crow. Of course, Kid Rock’s love life is not the only think that jumps around. He has also been know to flirt with other styles of music and has done some rap, heavy metal, and some blues. Some big hits from Kid Rock in include “Cowboy,” “Wasted Time,” and “Rockstar.”

Kellie Pickler, on the other hand, has struggled with her “dumb blond” image since she was first seen on season five of American Idol. Although Kellie revisited American Idol as a guest in 2009, many say her vocals just did not deliver.

Many are hoping that Kid Rock will treat this girl from Albemarle, North Carolina with some respect. A lot of close friends of Kellie say that she has taken her fair share of grief over the years, and she should not be subject to anymore.
