After many rumors about Ashley Greene and Adrian Grenier being an item, Ashley has come forward to say that they are not dating. The rumors of these two dating got started after they were photographed together at Oakley’s Surf weekend.

Ashley Greene, who is best known right now for her role as Alice Cullen in the hit move Twilight, has publicly denied any rumors that there is anything going on between the two. People had reported that these two were super cozy all weekend at the Oakley Surf weekend. They were said to have been hanging out nonstop with each other, and they had just met Friday. Other reports say that they had spent the whole weekend together surfing.

However, in an interview with Ashley she went on to say that she was not sure how the whole thing got started. She said that they just happened to be at the same event and went surfing together. They chatted a bit, and of course, they had a picture taken of them.

During the interview, Ashley also said that the whole thing was very annoying. She said that this is something that she is getting sick of, because she has been linked to many guys but insures people that she has been single for a very long time.

Of course, Adrian Grenier, who has been in such movies as “Drive me Crazy” and “The Devil Wears Prada”, has been romantically linked to many people. Within the last month he has been linked to be romantically involved with Drew Barrymore since they were seen having a romantic dinner together.

In other news, Ashley Greene has also vowed to quit smoking. She said that she was aware that many young fans now looked up to her for her role in Twilight, and she did not want to point them in the wrong direction. Now people say that if only Robert Pattinson would quite smoking, all would be well.
