Modern Female Dating Anxiety Brought On By Technology

A new generation of dating epidemic has been found thanks to technological communication and casual dating practices both online and offline. This new epidemic is known as Modern Female Dating Anxiety (or sometimes called MFDA)

The women who suffer from Modern Female Dating Anxiety are not mentally ill people. These are naturally healthy people who are suffering from a syndrome that does have some elements of mental illness to it.

Modern Female Dating Anxiety normally affects women who are self-assured, but lose their cool as soon as they reach the dating circuit. Studies show that their sense of security and confidence in themselves suddenly goes out the window.

A good example of something that causes Modern Female Dating Anxiety is the evolution of things like text messaging, online dating, and emailing. These new methods allow people to explore connections a lot quicker than traditional dating was done. Some studies suggest that women need the formal courtship method in order to feel in control of a situation.

Women who are suffering from Modern Female Dating Anxiety do not need medication. Doctors and psychologists say the best way to get over this problem is to return to old school dating practices. Experts say that dating is going to evolve; there is no way around it. Women have to work on easing into it slower to avoid these anxiety feelings.

Men seem less affected by the new dating methods, because men traditionally are known to be very quick about rushing into relationships. It’s committing to the long-term relationship that scares most men.
