The couple had an on and off romance back when Lady Gaga was trying to break into the music business. After they broke up, Matthew had a child with another woman. However, it seems that the two are now a couple once again.

However, Lady Gaga has been trying to keep this romance under wraps. Some media sources have quoted one of her pals as saying that Matthew and Gaga have been seeing each other for a few months. She gave him the nickname Dada, and she is very comfortable with his baby boy.

The source went on to say that when they first started going out it lasted for about 12 months. However, she wanted to focus more on her music career, and she knew that it would not work out between them. Over the last year, they have gotten close again and have been out on a number of dates. The feelings that they share have never disappeared completely. Apparently Lady Gaga has a softer side when she is with Matthew.

Some experts have gone on to point out that the break up could have been due to other reasons. One of those reasons being that he was uncomfortable and intimidated by Gaga being bi-sexual. Gaga has been open about thinking about women when she use to have sex with her boyfriend. She has also admitted to having sexual relationships with men and women in interviews.

Although some men would love to be with a bi-sexual woman and Lady Gaga remains in their eyes the perfect woman, it seems that this may not have been the way her boyfriend use to feel.
