Britney Spears has been working a lot lately, preparing for the release of Circus, her new album. In the next issue of Rolling Stone, they reported her saying, “I feel like an old person now. I do! I go to bed at, like, 9:30 every night, and I don’t go out or anything.”
When Britney does find the time for a date, she says that she ends up wishing that she would have just stayed at home. “Right when we got there, we just knew it was just bad,” she told Rolling Stone after a recent bad date. “He looked like an older version of Harry Potter, but skinnier. … So I had to get dessert first.”
Instead of going out on dates and to parties, Britney has been focusing on the promotion of Circus, which is set to come out on her 27th birthday, December 2nd, with a live performance on Good Morning America in New York City. The pop star isn’t even taking a break for the Thanksgiving holiday, as she hopped on a plane for Europe on Monday for the overseas promotion.
Aside from working, Spears has been spending a lot of her time with her sons as well. When she won more visitation time to spend with the boys, she took them to see her home state, Louisiana. The kids spend a majority of their time with Kevin Federline, their father, and Britney says that she has become critical over some of the parenting choices he has made.
She commented that they are beginning to learn words such as stupid and even the f-word. They don’t get it from her side of the family, she continued, so they must get it from him. Spears also added that she says it, but not when her kids are around.
