Fearne Cotton, an English Radio 1 DJ and television host, and Steve Jones, the Welsh actor, model, and television host for T4, have reportedly broken up after only having a 3 month relationship. The showbiz couple ended the relationship after Steve felt like he wasn’t ready to settle down yet.

A source said to a British newspaper that the affair was a whirlwind and extremely intense in the beginning. However, things unfortunately began to fizzle just as fast, the source continued, and Steve wasn’t really ready to settle while Fearne had just come out of a long relationship recently before the two had met. Fearne and Steve didn’t want anything serious to be rushed into, reported the source.

Steve Jones, at age 31, has previously been romantically connected with Pamela Anderson, Natalie Imbruglia, and Halle Berry. Fearne Cotton, at age 27, was the recent host of the Cosmopolitan Magazine Ultimate Women of the Year Awards for 2008, and her most recent relationship lasted for 2 years with Jesse Jenkins, a skateboarder, which ended during the summer.

The British newspaper’s source also added that neither Fearne or Steve had any regrets about their relationship, as they had a great time while it lasted. The two had fun, they continued, but Fearne needs more to a relationship if she is to be with somebody. The relationship was a crash and burn romance, the source concluded, and the two are trying to be friendly with one another, but that isn’t always easy to do.
