There was a while there when people assumed that Hugh Hefner and his number one girlfriend at the time, Holly Madison, were going to tie the knot. She seemed to be perfect for him and was not shy about hinting that she wanted to get married at some point and have kids. However, Hef had told her that he was not getting married again, and their relationship came crashing down.

Now, however, reports say that Holly was more than shocked to hear that Hef, who just turned age 85 on April 9, was going to marry his new number one girlfriend, Crystal Harris, age 24. Crystal is younger than Holly and must have something else to offer him that Holly just could not give.

Hef did admit that he even shocked himself with this move. He said that he was surprised that he would be taking a trip down the aisle just one last time. Hef, who has been married twice before, said that he never really expected this to happen. However, the reality of it right now is that he cannot see himself with anyone else.

Of course, all his old girlfriends are invited to the wedding, including Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt. However, Holly said that she thinks it would be too weird for her to turn up to the event. She then went on and said that she really does not know Crystal. However, she is very protective over Hef, and she is not sure if Crystal is marrying him for the right reasons. Holly wants to make sure Hef is making the right choice.

Well Holly, it looks like Crystal was able to seal the deal. Wonder what it was that made Hef choose to marry her instead of Holly? Maybe Crystal’s love is more genuine.
